A.S.P. / Evol PC Gaming will never sell your personal information to any third party.  If a purchase is made, your personal information is only used to fulfill your order and to refer to for any possible warranty work on our products.   

We will make all reasonable efforts to honor your request promptly (unless we require further information from you in order to fulfil your request), subject to legal and other permissible considerations. You may also correct, update or remove certain parts of such Personal Information by yourself, through your User Account or User Website settings.

Please note that permanently deleting your A.S.P. / Evol PC Gaming account erases all of your information from A.S.P. / Evol PC Gaming databases. After completing this process, you can no longer use any of your A.S.P. / Evol PC Gaming services, your account and all its data will be removed permanently, and A.S.P. / Evol PC Gaming will not be able to restore your account or retrieve your data in the future. If you contact A.S.P. / Evol PC Gaming Support in the future, the system will not recognize your account and Support agents will not be able to locate the deleted account.

Email Marketing:

If you choose to join our mailing list for updates on products and specials, you are agreeing to these communications.  At any time, you can opt out of these communications by following the link provided at the bottom of the email.

Data Retention:

We may retain your Personal Information (as well as your Users-of-Users’ Information) for as long as your User Account is active, as indicated in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise needed to provide you with our Services.

Third Party Applications:

A.S.P. / Evol PC Gaming is not responsible for the privacy policies of any third party app used on this site.  Please visit the corresponding site for more info on their privacy policies. 

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
