As SoE moves forward with 2.0, changes to various sections are also coming. We plan on looking at the laws & rules as 2.0 progresses and adjust them to fit the new mechanics. With changes also come changes to how we will be handling issues with SoE staff. Effective immediately, player complaints, ban appeals, and Staff complaints will now be handled through our support ticket system. If you have a player complaint/ban appeal or a staff member complaint, you can click the support button in the top nav bar or go here - https://evolpcgaming.com/support/ and select the proper support that you need.
We feel that this system will keep things better organized for staff. We will have permanent record of all interactions, who handled the ticket, what was done, etc. We can also track statistics such as time open, how many tickets each staff member has handled and more boring stuff that won't interest you We hope that many of you will feel more comfortable when submitting your complaint since it will no longer be in the public eye for all to form opinions and judgement. Some of you will feel that hiding it isn't fair either, but this is what was decided among the SoE staff and Admins. Staff complaints that are filled out will only go to the senior admins for review.
With the support ticket system in place, if you have a request for your account to be deleted, it will now be done through this system instead of the contact email as well.
