If you're checking on your status of your order or have a question before you do order, please read below.
- We are at a 2 month shipment time. If you look at your order date, just add 2 months - that's when you can expect to get an email containing your shipment information. Contacting us to ask for a status update will be this same answer. We will change our websites if that time happens to change. We've been at this shipment time for 4 years now. Sometimes, your order will ship a week or two early.
- Once your shipment is ready, you'll receive an email with your tracking info.
- Sometimes, looking in the A.S.P. section of the forum can have an answer that you seek. It's only accessible to our customers that have placed their order. We will be notified if you post something new here if you would like to ask your question here.

- Do you have questions about your device after you get it? Check our FAQ for common questions that should help you out.
- Asking about your order or something about the device in the chat or on our Discord won't get you too far. The forum end of things here is 99% about our game servers, in particular, State of Emergency. Chances are, it will go unanswered and we'd rather discuss things with you directly.
