Hello everyone,

As we've stated before, we'd like to have community meetings from time to time and it's hard to schedule with everything else we have going on with issues, complaints, bans, admin meetings, etc.  But it has been awhile and we'd like to hold one for all to attend.

When - 11/4/17 @ 1 PM EST

Where - TeamSpeak of course

How long - 1 hour - the more people get off topic and start talking over each other, the less stuff we'll get to.

What will be covered - Read this very carefully - if you have a question you'd like to have answered or a concern to bring up to talk about, please post it here in the thread and hold yourself to two questions or concerns to bring up.  We want everything organized and we'll go down the post as we go and call it out.  The more your peers want to talk over each other, cut each other off, etc, the less we're going to get to.  Questions or concerns will be brought up in the order found in this post.  Please do us all a favor and read the prior post before posting your question or concern.  If we have 10 of the same thing, we're wasting time reading it and will get to less.  I will start off with what the admins have to bring up to you guys and then we'll start rolling down the post and going through them.

Who will be there - Hopefully all the admins, it depends on their schedule and commitments IRL.  Also, I reached out to the dev team to be here as well and I am hoping that all the PR staff will be present as well.  If not, hopefully some of each group will make it to relay the info back to the members of their teams.

After this meeting is concluded, the admins have a meeting and any major issues brought up by you all, can be addressed at that admin meeting.

SSXtreme 4x4 Season Sign up

The entrance fee per person for this event will be: $10,000

Prizes are as follows:

First place: $100,000 + 10 driver points + 10 Team Points

Second place: $50,000 + 5 driver points + 5 Team Points

Third Place: $25,000 +  2 driver points + 2 Team Points


All are welcome and there is no limit on spaces as we can have a 2 day competition if necessary.

The season will start on the 28th of October and will be fortnightly unless stated otherwise. 

The season will end mid December with a party to celebrate after. 

All results will be posted on the Government website shorty after an event with individual and team rankings.

Parking will be at the parking lot across the street from the resort's northern most driveway (follow the instructions from the parking attendant and park in an orderly fashion) with free shuttle transportation from there to the party.

Dates 'n' Mates

Dates 'n' Mates is a social event for everyone to join at various pubs and night clubs across Los Santos City. These events are for everyone to meet up have a good time. Throughout the night, activities will start such as party games and karaoke. All money made throughout the event goes to the Hope for Paws charity to help and rescue homeless dogs and cats to find new homes.

Event dates

The events happen 2 twice a week for 2 hours on Wednesday and Friday. Look for any adverts posted when it starts while your in the city. Opening event starts Friday - 13th of October, 2017


For now, the manager of the Tequi-la-la pub has offered to host these events.

Some of you suggested having a Mayor position and the vote passed to bring this to you.  So below is an outline of what the position will consist of and how it will work.

The Mayor will be an elected position, voted on by the people of San Andreas.  You will have to get your name on the ballot by submitting a reply to a thread started in this section.  You will give a brief description of what you stand for and what you're about to the people.  Also, you will list your party - Republican, Democrat, Independent.

Now, you must campaign.  You will campaign on the government website (forums) and in game.  It's up to you on how to do this - hold a press conference, pay for ad space in the news section to the reporters that write the news, hold a town hall meeting in game and talk to the people at a location in game, etc.  Remember, you will be representing the people of San Andreas and will probably have a lot of communications coming your way - email (PMs), government website (post in the Town Hall section), Town Hall meetings (in game)

This position will be held for 30 days (may increase it after seeing how this all goes) and you will have two weeks to campaign.  One week before the primary election, then if you win that, one week before the general election.  Primary election will be held for each party and the winner of each party will be put on the ticket for the general election.  The winner of that vote will become the mayor.

Now before you get all giddy about this, you really need to read below on what you can and can't do and the perks and negatives about the position:


You will receive a paycheck in game. (Amount not set yet, but probably $500 each check)

You will be assigned a house - The Mayors Mansion (location to be determined still)(Your current house may be forfeited)

You will be assigned a limo - for your security to transport you safely.

The Regina is one of the most underestimated cars in the traffic today. We on the SSRP want to change that. So we're holding a race with them! The rules are easy : Race through the Calafia way, from point A, to point B. Winner wins a car. Yes a car! Look down below for the exact prize!

This event will be held on a special server provided by the devs. In order to enter the server, an IP will be provided after rapture on the given date. Join The Team Speak room called "Sandy Shores RP" and await further instructions.


Where will the race be held at?

The race will be starting from the west side of the North Calafia Way dirt trail until it stops just a few yards before the asphalt at Grapeseed begins. We have rented this road through the Government and it will be without any traffic, so the road will be clear and empty for you to race at. Races will be 1 vs 1. So there will be brackets to climb. Best racer wins!


How do I enter the competition?
You'll need to buy a Regina, it's a cheap car and easy to get the money for (800$)
After you bought it, we do encourage you to park it at the Harmony Garage for easy access during the event.

After that you'll need to prove us with the following information:

Cost entry fee for racers will be 2000$. It's expensive to keep a big event like this up!
If you're a spectator. The cost will be 500$.
All the money provided will go straight into SSRP for future events. And to pay our staff.


When is it gonna be? It will be on September :

To settle this issue that has come up, I have placed this poll.  It will not be the admins that vote on this rule, but you, the player.  This rule is temporarily suspended until the poll ends.  The outcome of this, either way it goes, will be the final vote.  Some may like it, some may not, but either way we will all adapt and roll with the changes.  

Feel free to post your opinion on the matter, but the ultimate result is the poll.  The poll will remain open until 9/18/17 at 11:59 PM.

Failure to follow our server rules may or will lead to ban from our server.  Please follow all server rules at all times.  We are a heavy roleplay community and if you cannot appreciate that, then this isn't the place for you.

Ignorance or misinterpretation of any of the rules or other rulesets will not be accepted as defense against disciplinary action. Server rules are always subject to change and updates added as the admin staff sees fit.  Please check the forums often for changes.  If you have a suggestion, please start a thread under the main GTA V forum.


EvolPCGaming Rules

Derogatory remarks about: race, religion, gender, sexual preference, sexual orientation, gender identity, etc. WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, EVEN IN RP!

Role-playing sexual assault (non-consensual touching, rape, etc.) Is prohibited!

You can either play on the server, or watch a stream. NOT BOTH! This is to avoid meta-gaming. If you are caught on a stream in the viewer list or chat you will be banned without question, even if you “forgot” to close it.

Stream-sniping is prohibited. Doing so will result in a ban!

Entering the military base is prohibited! There is no way in real life that you are going to get into a United States military base, it's not possible, there are too many armed guards and gates and such, it's not realistic, and will be considered failure to roleplay and you WILL BE BANNED!

I would like to take this time to bring several people into the spotlight. For several months now, our development team has been kicking hard to improve the server for YOU. All of these individuals have given so much of their time to help with the community and not many people know or understand what it takes to maintain the back end of the servers. @MartinMafia641 is our head developer and project manager. He does very little with coding however, he works with the devs the manage the project and is constantly making sure that we are moving forward in the project. He is a crucial key in the success of the servers as he excels in project and resource management. He assigns devs tasks based on their strengths and is the one who looks through all of your suggestions (trust me it's a lot of work). He also has been working with the other devs to work on that UI that we all love and want. 

What you all may not know is that almost two months ago, FiveM released an announcement that the server software that they were running was going to be shut down and that they were moving to a new version. To an outsider, doesn't seem to horrible. What this means though, if we didn't have the new software ready and running, we would be without servers. Our development team crunched hard. They had less than a month to port ALL of the old code to the new software. This was done in under a week. @justcfx2u did most of that work as he knew most about the code. He is the one that was primarily responsible for changing over all the old code to the new software and having it done in a timely fashion. This allowed for extensive testing both in private and live. We were fully operational with the new server software within two weeks of finding out that we had to migrate everything

Cost: Absolutely free for everyone

Team #1: 5 members total, consisting of security employees from McGill Brothers Sports Betting, Code 3 Security and Fleeca Bank. One additional backup driver allowed in case one of the five does not show up.

Team #2: 5 members total, consisting of police officers from the City of Los Santos, deputies from the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, and troopers with the San Andreas State Police. One additional backup driver allowed in case one of the five does not show up.

Vehicle: Decommissioned Crown Victorias donated by the city and county.

Rules: 5 cars start on each side, rears facing the other team. Each team would come up with a team color and have their CVPI's in that color. On the air horn 'go' sound, derby begins (a nearby EMS or LEO tapping their air horn). Disabled cars must pop their hood and driver remain in car until match is over. Last car running is declared winning team of round. Three rounds total to determine overall winner with a 10-15 minute pause between rounds to allow resetting and team strategizing.

What I need: Approval from the state, BCSO, and the LSPD. Both the LEO team and the Security Team would figure out on their own how to determine their 5 team members. I suggest holding a pre-season derby on your own to determine the best drivers!

If approved we would need volunteers such as Route 68 Towing to provide on site towing, EMS for medical needs, news media, etc.

Entry cost is 1 000 dollars whether you decide to be in the competition or just hang out. All the money earned will go towards the Sandy Shores Restoration Project!

We will take T.B Hedvig out for a ride on the Alamo sea and let you all show of your amazing fishing skills.
The biggest catch will be the winner of a grand :

RULES  (Yes we have changed them!)

1 . You will have to use the weight scale ((white circle)) before and after the competition to count the fish.

2 . If we deem you unfit for sea, you're out. We have insurance policies we have to keep. If anything pops in your head that might seem crazy, please talk to me before doing so. 

3. If we deem it necessary we will frisk you before going onto the boat, if you're uncomfortable with this we understand but we cannot allow unstable people out on the sea.

We will meet up at the Fishing Dock on North Calafia Road during the given time. After everyone is loaded up on the boat we will take you to the fishing spot. After the GO has been given you have 30 minutes to catch as many fishes as you can during that time. After the time has run out we will continue to the docks. Before the event is done we're going to go on shore and count the fish. Make sure to listen to the staff holding this event! The person with the most fishes caught wins the prize! (if we have multiple winners we will select a random out of those individuals)

Down below you'll see the time of the event. We understand that this might be late or early for some, but this is the time we see the most activity. We're working hard on changing that.

I've spent many hours deep into the handling file getting information about the vehicles we can purchase in hope to help others decide on what vehicle they would like to purchase.
It was actually a lot of fun for me to make and gave me keen intel in what cars are good value for money and what cars are complete garbage... There is definitely some work that needs to go into the servers handling file still as ALL cars are still registered as RWD vehicles... as well as some vehicles being too slow/fast/expensive for what they are... but that is not something I can decided and will leave that to the admins, however I hope they can use this as a quick reference guide to see what visual changes need to be done in future.

I will note there are 3 vehicles I wasn't able to find in the handling file... unsure if they are simply named something else or if they have default handling... thous vehicles are : 
Hakuchou (bike)
Sovereign (bike)
Nightshade (muscle)
Also while I feel that these statistics are pretty accurate for most cars, a car I know from personal experience isn't correct here would be the Mustang as it says in the handling file it's top speed is 194mph... when in game I find its 170mph down hill at best... So I will just say there may be a few others like this in the guide but as for the majority its all there.

Vanilla Unicorn Grand Opening
The Vanilla Unicorn has had a tough reputation recently. Knife wielding strippers and belligerent customers. No more of that, not under the management of Barry "Smooth Cheeks" Oakley and George "Smitty" Smith. We're here to provide a location that can be enjoyed by anyone, not just people after titties. Since this location is quite nice looking, we're looking to host some nice parties for whoever decides to throw them there. There are benefits to hosting your events at the new Vanilla Unicorn, and we're going to show them off by hosting a grand opening party.

Here's some of what we offer our guests for the night and future event hosts:

Security service. Coordinating with us, your event will have security in order to keep the riff raff away. This includes a bouncer with a list of approved party goers and security guard(s) on the inside. This comes free of charge when you rent out the club for your event. Your vehicles will also be safe.

Luxury limousine service. Don't want to leave your car outside? Plan on getting very drunk? This can be used to pick up or drop off party goers around the whole of Los Santos and its surrounding towns. Tip them well if you need to be picked up or dropped off in the middle of nowhere! The drivers will not carry more than 100$.

Waiter/waitress service. If your party wants one, we'll look to hire a waiter/waitress to serve food and drinks. This person will make sure the party goers are looked after and report any incidents to security and/or the club managers. These gentlemen or ladies will be earning most of their money through tips, so please tip them well if they do a good job.

Prices for the grand opening:

You can reserve your tickets for 300$ ahead of time. Your name will be added to the list for prompt entry.

I've added a new plugin that you can mark yourself away.  You can choose how many days you'll be gone and a reason why you're away.  Of course, don't go into personal details if you don't want to.  

You can use this by clicking your name in the upper right, go to Account Settings, then on the left you'll see Member Away.  Simple and easy to use, but let's us know you're still around.  This will be especially useful for PD/EMS players so command knows what's going on.  Members, I encourage you to use this as well.

We have formulated a system that will make punishments more uniform and consistent. We obviously can't name out every single thing in here as it would be 10 pages long but everyone should read the rules. Things such as FAIL RP is so broad that we can't cover every single one. Please note, that offenses CAN stack against you.If you FAIL RP multiple times in a given scenario or over time then it could possibly stack on you given the circumstance
